Thanks Robin! I’ve found that it helps quiet my rebellious brain, too. No matter how much it feels like a struggle, it’s only 15 minutes!

Me too! I already got in my 15 minutes today. My brain rebelled several times, but each time, I could just quietly remind myself that it's only 15 minutes, and I can sit with just about anything for 15 minutes.
