I knew I would love this but I didn't know exactly how much I needed it. Sarah you gifted genie... Thank you for existing and being so wonderfully articulate.💜
I love all of this, but especially: "Writing feels like being in the ocean to me. It’s less about containing the thing and more about letting myself be contained by it." <3
I found this wonderful and, most of all, inspiring. I am autistic myself, and Sarah has tapped into (and drained) the obstructions, the pleasure and pain, I get when trying to “do stuff” (write, read, photograph, learn how to sketch, etc.), then fail because the pain of not doing it “right”, the fear of passion and of my exposed, flawed and fleshy self, overwhelms. I will reread it (and maybe print it out and tape it to the door🙂).

I'm swooning!
+1 to what Raju Tai said :) I adore the reframing that you offer us all.

I was just thinking about you, Jody, and then your comment came through <3
Synchronicity again!

What a tremendously kind thing to say! I'll be floating on these words all afternoon--thank you for reading (& printing, if you do!), Marc.
