I don't know if 'Hang in there' is helpful, but I love the idea of flowers or a special coffee. Wishing you those things to look forward to and sending lots of love and light.

This list is GREAT! I love the idea of looking for as many colors as possible.

When the energy allows, I’d love to know which whimsical novels you’re reading!

I recently finished Priestess by Kara Reynolds and absolutely loved it. Now I'm re-reading pretty much everything Gail Carriger has written.

So funny, I also just realized today that that’s what’s been going on with me. How the hell do we forget about this every year? Brains are weird.

Woo!! You have a good list there! I think it's good for any sort of depression honestly. I don't know that mine is seasonal, I think it's based on what is going on today and my personal life, etc. Still depression is depression right? I try meditation and small yoga moves but haven't been able to calm my mind enough to do that daily. I can do it once and awhile though. I LOVE to create so that's a great one in my eyes. I haven't been creating as much because I've been working on my studio but I still create a bit. At the moment I'm working on an owl sketch. I REALLY don't know if I'll keep it or not because I swear! EVERY sketch, painting, etc. that I make I always find SOMETHING wrong about. I got the idea to sketch an owl from watching the The House of Halliwell podcast. They were talking about an episode with an owl in it and I just decided to sketch one. Although they also mentioned that episode was based on or inspired by 1985s Lady Hawke. Have you seen it? It's perfect for Valentine's Day!! Anyway, great post.
