‘Can you even BE right??’ is one of the best questions I have heard in a long time.

It really is! I'm tucking this away for later to ask myself when imposter syndrome creeps in.

Loved reading this! I see myself in Kaitlyn's words—maybe it's also in the name? 🤣 Such an honest exploration into our creative practices.

Hahah. I really do find having the same name lends itself to some kinship. But I know our name being the same is just the tip of the iceberg for us. 🧊 🥬

Kaitlyn, it’s so awesome learning more about you in this different environment—kinda like when you see how a friend interacts with their family or at work. A different, and lovely, lens.

Love what you said about how you can’t ’try to be creative,’ that it just doesn’t work for you. I’m totally the opposite (currently, at least), needing to sit my ass down and will it to happen. Point being, every creator is unique, as is their process. We think it goes without saying, be we really do need to remind each other that we’ll find what works for us, and that the searching for that fit is all part of the deal.

I'm so glad you shared that because you're so right about how we are all so different in what we need and what sparks that moment for us <3

Thank you for having me🙏🏼❤️🙏🏼 These questions really allowed me to reflect more deeply on how I’ve always had this yearning to create.
