Thank you SO much for sharing ❤️ I’m so sorry for the shake-up in money security in your world happening right now. Thank you for letting us into this enough mindset perspective. It’s so helpful. And your rates ARE radical! Wow! So inspired 😍

Thank you for sharing this! I've been working with a life coach for a few years, and she too preaches "enoughness" as a mindset. I started having panic attacks in January 2022, and "enoughness" has helped immensely. :)

Panic attacks are so awful to experience! I’m glad an enoughness mindset is helping you have fewer of them.

Enoughness mindset seems like a pretty good option to neutralize the icky feeling you're experiencing at the moment and perhaps, it could also provide you with just "enough" time for you to clear a path that allows you to move forward. Good luck.

I loved all of this but especially this "An enoughness mindset might ask me to remember that ease, happiness, and abundance are the entire fucking point, and that means right now, too, not at some magical future date when I’ve supposed “earned it.”". Thank you for sharing what's happening in your life, very relatable and comforting in challenging times x

Robin, love the enoughness mindset, and sorry to hear about the panic attack. So understandable and financial precarity still sucks. Glad you have options. If I may, I’d like to encourage you to apply for unemployment—sounds like your job is ending through no fault of your own and that qualifies you. Some states are more generous than others, and most pay for 13-26 weeks, direct deposit. You’ve earned it, your employer already paid for it, and you can still file even if you have severance pay. Take advantage of one of the few remaining shreds of our social safety net!

Thank you for your kindness and excellent advice, Martha! I am lucky enough to live in a state that's quite generous with unemployment benefits, and I fully intend to avail myself of them when the time comes.

Oof. That’s a big one Robin.

Loving reminder that “change” in itself, especially a big change like this, can be hard on the system.

Whether abundance or enoughness, those feel like concepts that can and will come into focus in good time.

PS You’re gonna rock this 💗 (in time! 😉)
