How’s your Tuesday going?
Mine’s not so great, honestly. I’m feeling those January blues pretty hard today, and I’m having trouble focusing. My body is tired. My brain is foggy. My mood is cranky.
So I’m doing the “mental health day” version of a letter today. No big insights. No thought-provoking questions. Just a gentle reminder that it’s okay to let yourself off the hook sometimes.
You can do that, too, if you want. You don’t need my permission, but you have it.
